RETURNS POLICY
Unfortunately we don’t offer change of mind returns, however if there is a problem with your product, we will happily refund you.
Before you return the item, so that we can arrange shipping for you, please send photos of the defect to admin@kimsummer.com.au for approval. Once approved, please re-use the mailer bag you received or repackage your item and mail it with your request and order number to KIM SUMMER, 58/1 Marlin Pde, Cairns QLD 4870.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, please allow a further 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.
